Golden Bombs (Afterbirth) - Gives you unlimited bombs for the duration of the current floor you are on. To best avoid large Troll Bombs, you either need a good speed stat to outrun them or you can shoot them with your tears to have the minimal knockback effect from them push them bombs away from you which is usually enough. Big Troll Bombs will chase your character down and explode when the fuse runs out. Normal troll bombs will stay in place when they appear and will explode once their fuse runs out. Troll Bombs - Come in two different varieties. Once the heart with the gold outline is depleted you will drop a random amount of assorted coins around your character. Gold Hearts - When collected, the last heart in your HP bar will have a golden outline put around it.

If you have a full HP bar (12 containers) and some of those are Soul Hearts they will be replaced/overrided by the Demon Heart.
